STARS
Fitness & Gymnastics is a non-profit organization dedicated to
providing a wide range of quality programs to its members. Our
recreational gymnastics programs introduce children to the sport of
gymnastics in a safe and fun-filled environment. Our
structured levels / awards system offers progressive skill
development while improving strength, flexibility, co-ordination and
balance. Self-esteem is enhanced through positive
reinforcement and written reports from our Nationally Certified
Coaches.
The same philosophy
underlies our other programs. Additional
programs offered: BIRTHDAY PARTIES, PRIVATE
LESSONS, SCHOOL PROGRAMS, MARCH BREAK and SUMMER CAMPS, GROUP
SIGNUPS, DANCENASTICS & MARTIAL ARTS.
